Founded in Sylvan Lake, EquaVita Home Watch was born from a shared vision between two Central Alberta women — Felicia Walker and Carrmen Kirsh — who recognized the need for dependable property oversight that combines professional accountability, practical experience, and genuine personal care.
Felicia’s career has been built around homes—from construction and finishing to design and client care. That broad experience allows her to see beyond the surface, combining technical knowledge with a genuine commitment to protecting her clients’ homes and investments. She is committed to proactive care, continuing education, clear communication, and providing homeowners with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their property is in experienced, capable hands.
With nearly 20 years in industrial operations, compliance, and property management, Carrmen understands the importance of responsible asset oversight. Her experience in operations, commissioning, safety, and compliance has developed a disciplined approach to identifying concerns, accurate documentation, and proactive risk awareness. Combined with clear communication and strong attention to detail, she provides homeowners with reliable, professional oversight while they’re away.
