Terms of Service

EquaVita Home Watch is an independent observation and documentation service operating in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

We perform visual property visits at agreed intervals and produce documented reports of our observations. We do not provide security services as defined under Alberta security services legislation.

2. Limitations

EquaVita Home Watch does not guarantee property condition between visits and does not forward documentation directly to insurers.

3. Confidentiality

Property access information is held in our encrypted Key Vault and accessed only by authorized inspectors who are physically on-site.

4. Billing

Invoices are issued upon completion of each visit, payable within 30 days via Interac e-Transfer to billing@equavitahomewatch.ca.
